How to use the Vacation Planner Tool

Our simple vaction planner tool helps you plan your dream holiday. Simply add the Safaris and lodges you would like to go on to your plan and our Travel Consultants will work out a personalised quote and itinerary for you. Your vacation plan is regarded as an enquiry only, and there is no obligation on your part.

Once you have added the lodges or safari that you would like to experience to your planner then click the "Vacation Planner" link in the top right hand corner of your screen. You will then be able to see all of the items that you have added to your planner. Hit the "Submit Vacation Plan" button

Step 1 : Login

Enter your name and email address and a password. This helps you access your plan easily at a later date. Hit the "Continue" button

Step 2: Vacation Details

Enter your vacation details. These details help our travel consultants prepare your quote, and suggest alternative dates and travel plans if your first choice is not available. Hit the "Continue" button

Step 3: Contact Details

How would you like us to contact you with your quote? Enter the method that is most suitable for you. Hit the "Continue" button"

Step 4: Additional Information

Enter any other additional information that you would like us to know and hit the "Submit Vacation Plan" button.
